PawferThese terms apply to your use of the Pawfer app. By using Pawfer you agree to them. If you download Pawfer from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Training guidance
Pawfer offers general, positive-reinforcement training tips. It is not veterinary or behavioural advice. Every dog is different: supervise your dog, stop if they seem stressed, hurt or unwell, and talk to a vet or a certified trainer about health, aggression or other serious concerns. You are responsible for your dog's safety and for the safety of people and animals around it.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Pawfer Plus subscriptions
- Pawfer Plus unlocks all training programs. It is offered as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, reverse-engineer or overload it, and no use that breaks the law.
Our content
The app, its lessons, artwork and the Max character belong to Pawfer. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
Disclaimers and liability
Pawfer is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage resulting from training your dog. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using Pawfer at any time.
